Across The Orpheum, Chester Street Lofts, and the Royer House, our goal is to create a network of experiences that bring our community together in dynamic, meaningful ways and keep our city energized with activity. At The Orpheum, we foster large-scale moments that draw diverse audiences into a shared sense of excitement and belonging, activating downtown as a hub of culture and celebration. At the Chester Street Lofts, we cultivate creativity and collaboration through accessible, community-driven programming that invites participation and sparks new ideas. At the Royer House, we create space for more intimate, thoughtful gatherings that encourage conversation, learning, and deeper personal connection. Together, these venues reflect the many ways people come together—ensuring there is always something happening, something to engage with, and somewhere for everyone to feel connected, inspired, and part of a thriving community.

Book An Event
Event proposals must include a clear description of the event concept, including purpose, format, and target audience. Submissions should also provide a realistic projected attendance and a preliminary budget outlining expected revenue streams (ticket sales, sponsorships, etc.) and how all costs—including venue rental—will be covered.
Please note that submission of a proposal does not guarantee booking. All proposals are subject to review based on feasibility, alignment, and availability.
